We HIGHLY recommend a visit to the shop or view the "New Items" tab to the type of items we carry prior to consigning.
We try to keep the process as simple as possible. Our consignment split is pretty typical, 50/50. We keep the items on consignment for 4 months. During those 4 months, if the item is still in the shopat month 2 we reduce the item by 20%, and at month 3 we reduce the item by 30%. If the item is left beyond the contract and not collected by the consignor the item will become our property, at which time we will reduce it by 50% for quick sale ( then the item(s) are donated to local charity).
When you keep in mind the pricing is everything and you will not likely be able to reap a large profit on your items, the items sell quickly. We like to think of it like this... when you purchase a new item, you use it, enjoy it, love it and then it's time to move it on to a new home who will love your item(s) as much as you have.
So we're here to make that happen.
How to consign with us.
First and foremost we have limited space and can only take items which are not damaged, or need any kind of structural repair work or upholstry work. We have an approval process for larger pieces of furniture which involves viewing photographs either via email or in person. Photos give us a reference point where we can begin the process of determining if the item is a sellable style, condition and price.

Please no more than 3 large photos or 5 smaller photos per email.
Otherwise, send a link to an online photo center such as www.photobucket.com or www.snapfish.com or one of your choice and we can view a wider range of photos.
Small items (items which you can bring in on your own) can come in anytime. We do not work on appointments so if you are new with us, you will quickly learn our consignors trust us to just drop off their items. We will price them in the order they came in. First timers need to set up an account so just see an associate when you arrive and they will walk you through the process.
Small items should be placed in a (non returnable) box or bag marked clearly with your name and account number.
Items of note:
Everything must arrive clean free from dust, dirt, bugs, webs, and your personal effects.
We can not come to the home and view items at this time.
